I’ve been riding through the winter for several seasons now, and each year I learn something new or acquire a new piece of gear that makes being out in the elements more enjoyable. In my experience, the hardest part to keep comfortable have been my hands and feet.
I used some old ski gloves last [...]

I’ve been on a quest for the perfect pair of Fall Cycling Pants for quite some time now. Although highly functional, tights can be a bit uncomfortable if you have to spend anytime off the bike; for example, walking around the office after a commute or when getting ready for a lunch time ride. [...]

Fall is a great season for riding, but dressing for the cooler weather can be difficult. It’s usually too cold for shorts and a tee-shirt, but too hot for heavy pants and a jacket. Either combo will leave you uncomfortable.
Everyone has heard the term, “Dress in layers”, and this is the best advice for fall [...]

Unlike the narrow straight bars available on almost every mountain bike in the early 90’s, there are a lot of new handlebars on the market today with a variety of bends and rise to suit different riders and styles. I recently acquired some On One Mary Bars, and mounted them on a single speed [...]
